Steven founded Servall Property Management to bring practical, hands-on commercial property management to Southwestern Ontario. With a Bachelor of Commerce, Certified Leasing Officer designation through REIC, and CPM candidacy, he brings a structured approach to leasing, operations, and property performance. His background in firefighting and construction gives him a practical understanding of building systems, maintenance priorities, and what it takes to keep properties running well.

Camilo is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with over ten years of experience. He oversees financial reporting, budgeting, and the operational administration that keeps properties running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating vendor payments and lease documentation to managing insurance renewals, utility accounts, and tenant correspondence, Camilo ensures nothing falls through the cracks. His work gives property owners clear, accurate financial reporting and the confidence that the administrative side of their investment is handled with care.
